Page Options – Review options no longer allow extra “Add Site Ratings”

    Hey there,

    Since I updated to WordPress 5.5 yesterday I can no longer add extra score lines to my reviews under the Page Options section. Clicking on the Add New button yields no result. I’ve tried restoring my recent back up which was before the update to 5.5, but no luck.

    I had a similar issue before with just Chrome, but this seems to be across all browsers.

    Appreciate any help, I’m so lost on why it’s not working!

    What plugin are you using for the reviews?

    Now, that’s a very good question…

    I took over running my site last year, so everything was pre-set up for me… not helpful, I know.
    As far as I can tell, any relevant ones would be:

    WPBakery PAge Builder
    Yoast
    Huber
    Envato Market

    I realise this isn’t the best scenario, but any help would be super appreciated!! There are a few more installed, but hopefully this list will be of help.

    Ah yes, that would be WP Bakery.

    Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://support.wpbakery.com/

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    That’s a big help, thank you. It has been requiring an update for some time, but it came packaged within a theme so I’ve been waiting on that.

    Slight tangent, I don’t suppose you’d know why the child theme (Huber in this case) never seems to get an update, whereas when I update the Parent Huber it completely wipes any customisation on the site? Again, while I can handle the basics, a lot of the back end work was in place, so I’m learning as I go!
