Recently I set up an online booking system: simplybook.me which integrated with google my business and changed the google my business phone number to one we created for simplybook. Now google my business shows this new phone number ending in 1889. We also use Callrail.

It somehow changed both phone numbers on our website, tightsealexteriors.com and tightsealbaths.com to the one ending in 1889. It did this by itself and I have no clue how to change it back. I don’t know what to do, what caused, this I saw in a different thread that someone was asking this question and a mod had asked if they used Callrail.

How do I change the number back!??

    Hi,

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. I am waiting for them to call me back. Can you explain to me why the numbers are changing via CallRail though?

My understanding is that CallRail uses different numbers to track what pages on your site are involved. It’s probably more complex than that, so check their support pages on their site.

Thanks so much. I called CallRail and the new number I had created was set to “all” so it was changing all the numbers. I just went in there and changed it to only record when someone contacted us through simplybook.
