    Hi @spanizhfly,

It sounds like some tables didn’t get installed when iThemes Security was activated. If you deactivate iThemes Security and then reactivate it, iThemes Security will attempt to create the table again.

If that doesn’t fix the issue, you can check if the database table exists on your site. If it does, it may have been corrupted. In which case, you can try repairing it. If that doesn’t work, you can safely delete that table then reactivate iThemes Security again. One way you can do this is using phpMyAdmin

    Hi Timothy,

Actually i have been using it for a long time
    and suddenly this message appears.

I tried deactivating and the then reactivating but there is no changes.

Actually I dont know which table to delete or to identify the table of iThemes table.

Will my previous setting will be wiped off completely?

    Hi @spanizhfly,

If this just started happening, it sounds like the table got corrupted somehow.

The table you’d want to try repairing would be r85_itsec_logs. If that doesn’t work, deleting the table would erase your logs, but those are only informational. You shouldn’t use any configuration.

I’d also recommend reaching out to your hosting company about why that table got corrupted in the first place.

    Hi Timothy,

It worked, I just dropped (deleted) the r85_itsec_logs table.
The plugin is activated and I dont see any error,
Just a last question, do I have to recreate the table that I’ve deleted?

Hope to hear from you, Thank you so much

Glad to hear it @spanizhfly! You shouldn’t need to, deactivating and activating the plugin should recreate the tables automatically.

You can verify the table was created by visiting the logs page in iThemes Security.
