    Dear Support-Team,

    we updated version 2.5.4 today and could not generate invoices anymore (attached to order confirmation mail). Also the diplay of invoices was not possible after plugin update. We had to recover version 2.5.2 to get back a stable system!
    We use WCFM marketplace plugin and our vendor send invoices directly to customers.

    Could you please check and fix the bug?

    I’m sorry to hear that. Can you check if you can generate invoices with the WCFM plugin disabled? If you can generate regular invoices without any issues that way, it means there is an incompatibility between the plugin and WCFM. WCFM is developed by another party so we don’t have any control over this. If the issue only occurs with invoices from WCFM, it’s best if you contact their support.

    If you do have the issue even with WCFM enabled, could you provide further information about the issue? Are you getting any errors? Is this affecting all documents, or only vendor invoices?

    One thing to note that may be into play here:
    Before 2.5.4, it was possible to have a document disabled (checkbox for the ‘Enable’ option in the Documents tab unchecked), and PDF documents for this document could still be generated. I’m not familiar with WCFM, but is it possible that you have not enabled the vendor invoice?

    Quick question: are you by any chance beta testing WooCommerce 4.4?

    Hi Ewout,
    thanks for your feedback – I opened a ticket at WCFM support.
    Would you recommend a special mail log to check mails or error messages?

    That may help sometimes, but if you’re saying that the issue happens when requesting the PDF from the site too (“Also the diplay of invoices was not possible after plugin update.”) I doubt that it’s related to the email process.
    Just FYI: one of our team members ran some tests with WCfM and WCfM ultimate and couldn’t find any issues, only an issue with WooCommerce 4.4 (which wasn’t released yet last week so is only relevant if you were beta testing that – hence my question about this), but that wouldn’t prevent the PDF from being generated.
