it did not able to send test mail using my smtp

it did not able send mail using my smtp settings. i use my smtp setting for get mail from contact form 7 and it’s working fine.

but i don’t know why it not working with my smtp while i tried to send test mail form a campaign,
test mail work with we mail test server.

hoping for a quick ans
