Broken links after every post?

  • Hello Everyone,

    I have been running some SEO optimisation on my small blog, I noticed that I had around 65 broken links.

    It seems that every time I post a new topic, or tag etc. The site is creating a link with /www.instagram.com on the end which then results in a broken link. I have now fixed them by redirecting but don’t want to have to do it all again.

    Would this be a theme issue?

    Links can be filtered by plugins and themes, so either one could be the cause. To narrow down the source, deactivate all plugins and switch to twentytwenty theme. Links created dynamically should be correct, though static links such as those within post content could still be broken. Restore your normal configuration, one module at a time until the problem recurs.
