WordFence scan says several “modified plugin files”

    Although sites have the latest 1.3.5 version, WordFence scan is reporting:

    Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/cache-enabler/inc/cache_enabler_cli.class.php
    Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/cache-enabler/inc/cache_enabler_disk.class.php
    Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/cache-enabler/inc/cache_enabler.class.php
    Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/cache-enabler/advanced-cache.php
    Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/cache-enabler/cache-enabler.php

    Please advise
