Getting icons for employees level

Hi Roman,

I hope you’re well.

Please could you help me with my employee section. You can see on laptop view that my icons (Twitter/Facebook and LinkedIn) aren’t level with Sue’s and Tina’s, even though we each have the same number of lines of text in our descriptions. Please could you tell me how to get my icons level with theirs?
