WooCommerce Articel Number Field

WooCommerce does not include a field named “Article number” by default. Are you referring to the SKU?

If so, you should be able to see the SKU under the “Inventory” tab as shown here: https://d.pr/i/4sQf57

If that is not what you mean, then please send us a screenshot of the article number you’re referring to so we can take a look and help you further. You can use https://snipboard.io to send us a screenshot link.

Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thanks for sending across the screenshot and the status report. I see you are using outdated versions of WooCommerce and WordPress. Here’s what I recommend:

1. Take a backup of your site.
2. Update WordPress and WooCommerce to the latest versions.
3. Check if that resolves the issue.
4. If it doesn’t resolve the issue, then do a conflict test as per the steps outlined here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4
