Load More doesn’t load images

  • The link above is for one of the shop pages, but it does it for all pages and I’ve tested it on Chrome, Explorer, iPhone and iPad Safari. When I click on Load More, the images for the products aren’t loaded. I’ve changed the number of products loaded initially but that makes no difference either. Sometimes if I click on one of the products that hasn’t loaded the image and then go back, the images will appear. But not always.

    Hello @playfultreasures,

    Image not loads on next products, because your theme has some lazyload script that must be run after products loaded.
    You can place script in plugin settings -> JavaScript tab -> After update field.

    Sorry Oleg,

    I’m not sure which plugin you are referring to. I haven’t installed anything additional to the default Themify shop functionality. The Load More link appears automatically at the bottom of the screen if I have more than the max number of products. I have adjusted the max number to see if that makes a difference but it doesn’t load the images no matter what it’s set to.

    Hello @playfultreasures,

    It is not some plugin, your theme Themify has lazyload script and it cause issue like this.
    You can try to disable lazyload in theme settings or contact theme author to get some script, that can fix issue.
