Calculation of prices from different shipping methods

Dear Sir or Madam,

yesterday I bought a license for “Woocommerce Table Rate Shipping Pro”.
In the “Shipping zones” I have created
3 shipping methods (A, B, C). Customers can buy trees in my shop

Within the shipping method the calculation works great.

I a customer buys e.g. 11 trees with the shipping method A the shipping price is calculated well.

But if a customer buys trees that habe the shipping method A und C (for example), no shipping price at all is calculated?
Could you give me a hint please what I have to do?
