Missing level in breadcrumb

    Hi,

    I am using squirrly and, it is powerful and quiet easy.

    I activated lately breadcrumband and could analyse results in google search console. I have only 2 positions insetad of 3, and the intermediary position seems to be missing.

    Anyone who can help to fix it ?

    Hi Thomas,

    Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad that Squirrly SEO does its job for your website.

    A simple way to fix the Squirrly Breadcrumbs is to use categories to define de levels. If you add the post in a subcategory, you will see 3 levels in breadcrumbs.

    Thank you very much for the help.

    Most of my content is edited as page, I have only 2 postes, for roughly 50 pages. So I guess, this solution works for posts.

    Hi Calin;

    Pages cannot be classified into categories in wordpress. Would you have another useful advice to help me setting up bredcrumb properly to reflect different positions ?

    Hi Thomas,

    You can add custom JSON-LD in Squirrly if you want custom breadcrumbs but it’s not recommended.
