Hi. I have setup shipping zones for three areas. A postcode area locally for free collection, the United Kingdom and Rest of the World.

The options are generating correctly on IOS devices, but on desktop Safari & Firefox they are always displaying United Kingdom no matter when I change the address too.

    Any help very much appreciated.

    Hey @silentwintess,

By default, shipping calculations are not done differently based on what device you are on.

I checked your site using desktop Safari and when I entered the postal code of your store, I received an option for UK Standard and for “Free Local Delivery”.

I would recommend checking to ensure that you are filling out all required fields on the checkout page when testing. Also, make sure that if you have the box checked to ship to a different address that you enter a full address there.

    Hi Phil

Thanks so much for the reply. I actually fixed it this morning. The issue was I had to ship to delivery address as default and not shipping address – the Shipping Address was not filled in and causes the issue. I changed it to use billing address as default and it now works perfectly.

    Thanks again for the advice.

Glad to hear that you were able to find the cause of the problem!
