[9.0.15] Strings not possible to translate

  • Offline message headers not possible to translate (still):

    – Name
    – Email
    -Phone

    At backend, youve added “entry field replace text” but tooltip shows ist for Email AND name.

    Note and see please that the frontend is representing offline fileds naming separate…

    its related to older version,

    While all agents offline in chat popup:
    – “Name”
    – “Email”
    – “Phone”

    When missing required fields by submit offline message
    – “Required field”

    After sending message:
    – text “Your message has been delivered. We wil….text text ………”
    – button “Close”

    When online:
    – Head of popup “Support”
    – “Type your message…”
    – “Agent xyz joined the chat”
    – “Start new”
