• Just a word to the wise: Watch for this plugin being included in themes you purchase. I purchased a pretty decent WooCommerce storefront them only to find out this was included. Not too bad at first. But now, for the last two weeks, each and every day a new update is out fixing things the last update broke.

    Why bother?

    Two weeks? We released last Tuesday! I totally appreciate your concern though and you’re right. It is frustrating and we apologize. We will no longer push new versions and instead we will use the existing version and instruct people to reinstall that version to verify the new hot fixes.

    If you would be so kind, please do let me know your theme so I can personally verify that theme. Any details to the issues you are facing would be most appreciated.

    Also, if you would like to go back to the pre-release version of Redux it is very easy! Download WP Rollback and follow the instructions from this video to rollback to version 3.6.18.

    We are using the Brezza theme. I am still on your version 3.6.18 and contacted the theme writer regarding compatibility with your version 4. Still waiting to hear back from them – which I do no have high hopes in getting any time soon with WP 5.5 coming out next week.

    And what I was referring to about the continual updates: It’s not the fact that you are making timely updates when things break, it’s the fact there have been so many in such a short period. This is present nowadays not only with you but many plugin developers.

    We were making too many updates and appreciate the criticism, and you’re not the only one who said the same thing. I am now only updating the most recent version and not pushing new versions. This should shield you from the pains of hot fixes. I plan to only do a full version push every week at the most.
