• This plug-in is a game changer for clients who are tired of writing waybills. Support was 5 star and they set it up super easy.

Only request. Please remove the product description from on the waybills.

A print Waybill button and Book Collection button on the orders screen would be great.

Update: The IT team at TCG is super helpful and efficient. The plugin is however unstable. It is giving random clients free shipping. After 2 weeks, I have only been able to print and use a few waybills. Still handwriting 99% of waybills and having to ask clients effected by this to pay their shipping after already paying for their orders.

@thehighco, request noted. This is actually in the ‘backlog’ at the moment.

The print WayBill and Send order to collection feature is already available on the orders screen:

Thanks. The screenshot in your link is for going into into order and printing. But there is not a button to print from the main woocommerce orders page with out having to go into each order.
Here’s an example of the type of print waybill button I’m referring to. Can simply print waybills from the main orders screen.

Would be very useful to do request collection and print waybill buttin on the orders without having to open all my orders up to do it.

Noticed a recurring issue though since yesterday’s installation.

All of my orders are calculating the shipping costs at checkout, but some of the orders shipping costs are then being removed when completing the order. This is happening on both card and EFT orders. So some clients are effectively getting free shipping.

@thehighco, thanks, good idea, have made a note.

Are you able to provide steps to reproduce? We can then attempt the same on our test site (or your staging) and debug this further.

@thehighco, shipping loss tested and fixed in 4.2.5 which is now released.

    = 4.2.5 – Aug 25, 2020
    * First try order meta to find shipping total, otherwise try the session, and if that fails, fallback to the cookie.
    * Fix issue on guest checkout where the customer name was lost on waybill.
