Clear CSS/JS Files Cache does not work

I’m using Asset CleanUp with Cloudflare and SiteGround Optimizer cache.
However, whenever I make new changes on my page (by using Elementor). My page doesn’t update at all.
Even when I:
– Purge SiteGround cache
– Disable SG Optimizer
– Purge cache on Cloudflare
– Pause Cloudflare on my site
Nothing happens at all!

But when I deactivate the Asset CleanUp plugin, my new changes are updated on my page. And when I re-activate it, the old CSS codes apply again and my page settings roll back to the old version.
I don’t know this is right or wrong, but I firmly believe that those old CSS codes are lying in the plugin itself.
