We noticed recently that dropdown items on our main menu are dropping behind the slider (Revolution Slider, Themepunch) in Safari. After a little investigation, we discovered that this bug corrects itself when the Popup Builder plug-in is disabled.

This is extremely unfortunate, as we use dozens of these popups throughout the site.

I may be out of luck here, but if you have time, could you please look at the included URL in safari, and provide a possible solution? (That doesn’t include replacing Rev Slider).

I’m looking for alternate solutions now, but would prefer to keep using your plug-in!

  • Dear @designofthenorth ,

Thanks for getting in touch and reporting the problem.
Could you, please, specify which part you mean by saying the main menu?
If possible, please, send the screenshot of that part also.
On the other hand, please, let me know if the problem is related to Safari when opening it on Desktop or on Mobile?

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

It’s only in Safari on a desktop. And it’s affecting our site’s main navigation menu. Screenshot attached. To confirm that it’s your plugin causing the bug, I disabled ALL other site plugins, and turned on one-by-one. With all other plugins off, but yours on, this issue occurs on the entire site. I don’t want to switch to a different plugin!

Please let me know if you need further details.

Also for what it’s worth, if this is able to be resolved, I will purchase the premium version, just for all the trouble! It is a very useful addition to our site! ??

    Dear @designofthenorth ,

Thanks for getting back to us.
We really appreciate the fact that you choose our plugin.
Please, note that we are always with our customers in case of any issues and we are doing our best to solve them fully.

Please, deactivate and uninstall the current version of yours and install and activate this one: https://we.tl/t-Av6QFOUdSL

Also, don’t forget to leave unchecked the ”Delete popup data” and ”Save changes” button clicked in order not to lose the popups you have: https://prnt.sc/tvo7pz

Please, let us know if that helped so the change can be included in or next update.

Will be looking forward to hearing from you soon.
