No Shipping Options available on Checkout

Good day,

I have configured the plugin (including the autocomplete Suburb) however unfortunately the Checkout Page displays the error “There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

This happens upon entry of any address, and the Area box under the address also appears to be broken – I cannot enter any address here.

I would greatly appreciate help in resolving this issue.
