clickable links to external pages don’t work in nav bar

Hi, hoping someone has solved this. I used the ‘Page Links To’ plug in to set up three pages that redirect to external sites from the nav bar at the top of my blog. But clicking the links does nothing, even though the status bar shows that the links are coded correctly. Anyone know what the problem is? Anyone have a solution?
