pro version purchased. Does not work!!

  • Hi, I have purchased pro version and simply plugin does not work. I use flatsome theme. If I activate login OTP, login form disappear. Same situation with Registration when is activated.
    If I activate checkout verification there is no verification and checkout process can’t be finished. I have sent 3 emails to the email address that answered my doubts before purchase and I don’t have received any reply.
    Could someone help me or could show me any other plugin to verify by OTP in the checkout?

    Considering the possibility of my emails going into your spam, I sent you an email from my personal email address as well.
    Something is wrong. Please check your spams/promotions & reply to the same.

    CArefuly i check my spam folder, i have recieved at this moment the email that show me that you have reply this post, still no answer of you in my mailbox.

    I don’t think me sending another email would be of any help.
    Please check the screenshot, copy the email address from there & send a message.

    Because you’re using a commercial theme/plugin please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
