Combine the gift card form in to coupon code form on cart and checkout page

    Please add the product to the cart and go to the cart page using the above link. Now there are 2 different forms appearing for Gift card and default coupon code. I want to have a single form for both to be applied on the total amount.

    Can you help me with this?
