Mobile images don’t work

The video link doesn’t work unfortunately but I understand that the product images cannot be opened on https://differentmask.com on mobile.

I was able to open product images on an iPhone + Google Chrome:

The problem is not that the images are not displayed, it is that when there is more than one image and you click on any of them, the image change is not made.

I checked this on my phone as well as in the browser using the testing tools, and I can’t seem to replicate. The images seem to be working on my end, able to be selected and clicked, etc.

We were still not able to replicate the behaviour you’ve reported.

Can you please test whether the same is still happening with a default Storefront theme?

I had already tried it, but I have done it again; I have activated the storefront theme, I have deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and the problem keeps occurring.

I have been able to identify a pattern that I do not know if it can help solve the problem: when you load the product page in the mobile version, you cannot click on the images until 3 seconds have passed. If you are 3 seconds without clicking on any image, then you can click and the image will change.

On the contrary, if you try to press any image, it will not be selected until you are 3 seconds without pressing any image.

Hi @btenias. It looks like you’re using a premium extension to add the variation images rather than WooCommerce core. Please check with the support for the extension for help.

No, when I had the problem I was not using this plugin. In fact, I have solved the problem by installing the plugin in question, since nobody offered me a solution.
