  • Hi @willythuan ,

    Sorry for the delayed reply.

Can you please explain to us the specific issue you’re facing on iPhones?

By default, Apple restricts the full-screen feature for third-party apps.

So on many iPhone models, the full-screen feature may not work on virtual tours.

However, the rest of the features should work perfectly on iPhones.

Let us know about the issue you’re facing on iPhones or you can give us a screenshot of the issue.

    Thanks.

in this case, it seems to be an issue of file size being too large, which would be disappointing as I would prefer not to manipulate the original file.
Note that the warning message is extremely difficult to read.

    Hi @willythuan ,

Our developers had a look at it.

As you can see from the notice, the image file is larger than the limit of the iPhone 11.

We’re looking for a way to automatically scale down the images for mobile devices.

If we find a way to do this, we will work on it and release this feature.

But I can not confirm you right now as we haven’t started working on it.

The warning message issue looks like a overwrite issue with the theme.

Meanwhile, can you let us know about the size of the image you’re using?

    Thanks.

    Hi @willythuan ,

We’ve recently released an update of the plugin with a feature to optimize the images for mobile devices.

For this, you have to disable the “Disable WordPress Large Image Handler” option.

After that, if a user views the tour from a mobile device, the image will be optimized for the device.

Can you please update the plugin, disable the option, create a new tour with the same images and see if the tour is now loading on mobile devices?

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

    Hi @willythuan ,

Since we haven’t heard anything from you in a while, we’re now marking this ticket as resolved.

You’re always welcome to open another ticket if you face any more issues with the plugin.

We’ll be glad to help you out.

    Thanks.
