Not expanding on mobile to show contents

I’ve had this working with no issues. I just pushed a new theme live and now the table of contents won’t display the headers in the menu on mobile. I have it set to hide initially, but allow users to expand. It works fine on desktop, but for some reason on mobile, it won’t show the headers so it doesn’t do anything when I expand it. I checked by disabling the options to start minimized and to allow users to expand and it only showed the title. I looked through the support and tried some of the suggestions, but it doesn’t seem to work for me.
