    Hi, I contacted my hosting server like your FAQ says when it has issues with automated emails not sending. This is what they requested from me and I have no idea the answer to these. Can you please provide me an answer to the following so I can relay it to my hosting server rep ?

    Is it using php mail or SMTP and if so what is the mailbox it is trying to send from with php or what mail server is it using if it is SMTP.

    It’s saying I need to subscribe to shop magic before I can submit a ticket. How can I be subscribed already when I’m having issues …. can I just paste the woocommerce status on here ?

    Hi,

    Yes of course, you can submit it here. On the other hand you should be able to contact us through our website. There’s a contact button (lower right corner) then choose the Ask tab > Email.

    Hi,

    Thank you very much I look into this.

    You have the newest version of ShopMagic so, in the plugin menu there are Queues and Outcomes. Could you check the outcomes (I assume that at least one automation was triggered). Do you see anything there?

    I’ll (or someone from our team) respond asap but it’s almost 5 PM here in Poland and we are finishing our work, as we work from 9 AM to 5 PM, CEST UTC+2, European time.

    Issue was resolved with a small fix implemented into the ShopMagic.
