Tagging Missing

@sophiamarietaylor we do have documentation on this here, have you checked into that yet?

Seems as if when the orders are placed you should be able to tap into this tagging function but it’s a fairly advanced function so please take caution on that and test in a staging environment before you deploy in production.

If you still can’t accomplish this after looking into the hook, please let us know and we’ll try to recommend another approach.

I’m not 100% certain that I understand your exact use case, but if I read it correctly you need a way to sync user roles in WordPress with MailChimp tags?

If so, we wrote a blog post about a no code solution to this a few weeks back titled “Syncing WordPress role with MailChimp tags”. The solution is based on the free tool WunderAutomation to set up automatic workflows and a premium add-on specifically for MailChimp.
