• Hi, thanks for the plug-in!

    Installed, synced and everything working as expected apart from product pages. They have been synced correctly and back end shows the right content for every product. Sadly, whenever the product page is previewed or viewed on the site, it keeps showing the same 1st product content, over and over again. The URL is different but the content is always the same. I tried playing with permalinks, disabling plugins and re-enabling, different settings, etc but nothing seems to change the content that is displayed –– always the same product info (1st one).

    Are you overriding the plugin’s templates within your theme at all?

    I don’t think so, but I am using custom page templates, for the front page also.

    Hmm ok, you can try this if you don’t have any custom fields set on the product posts:

    1. Go to the Tools tab within the plugin settings and use the Remove all synced data button
    2. Once that’s done, use the Sync Product & Collection Detail Pages button

    Let me know if that works at all.

    I’ve done that a few times before but did it again now and no change :/ The product WP pages are populated with correct information, the sync does the job. Its only when you preview individual product page or look at it live, it shows the 1st product content even though the URL is correct.

    Ok thanks for trying those things. I’m going to take a closer look at this later today. I’ll follow up here when I know more.

    @filipv Have you tried upgrading to the latest version (3.2.0) and going through the below steps again?

    1. Go to the Tools tab within the plugin settings and use the Remove all synced data button
    2. Once that’s done, use the Sync Product & Collection Detail Pages tool.

    HI @andrewmrobbins, yes, the result is the same.
    When I go to edit the product pages in wordpress, all the data there is correct and the sync works perfectly. The problem is that regardless of which product you click on in the store, the content shown is always of the first product even though the URL is actually of a different product.
