BTW, what do you mean by customize? Are you talking about the customizer?

Also what version of Redux are you using? This will help us debug more effectively.

Lastly, can I have the URL to your website please? Thank you.

I got this issue as well!

After clicking “Appearance” > “Customize”, I get this error:

Fatal error: Cannot declare class Redux_Customizer_Control_Checkbox, because the name is already in use in /home2/hibiscw5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/redux-framework/redux-core/inc/extensions/customizer/inc/class-redux-customizer-fields.php on line 26

I get the same error from clicking “Customize” in the top bar menu that’s visible when previewing my site

    My website URL is https://www.hibiscusroots.com,
and the theme is Buzz Theme by Hercules Design

@hibiscusroots I fixed it for Buzz. Please give it a try. 4.1.7 is the version you should be testing. ??

In the meantime, please use this video and the wonderful plugin WP Rollback to revert your copy of Redux to 3.6.18. I’ll get this resolved as soon as I can.

This issue has been fully resolved. Please install the newest version of Redux. If you have the newest version and things are still not working, please delete your copy of the plugin and reinstall.
