    Hi,
First of all, i must say great plugin, very easy to configure and use.

    Currently i have following settings:
    Load this box if
    – Request matches ‘any’ of the following condition
    – Everywhere

    Auto-show box?
    – Auto show box ‘Yes’
    – Yes, after ’10’ seconds on the page

    Cookie expiration
    – Triggered ‘4380’ hours (6 months)
    – Dismissed ‘0’ hours

    Auto-hide?
    – ‘No’

The problem is, when I navigate from page A to page B without performing any sort of interaction with popup, it does not appear on the page B even after the page is loaded completely, where as with the above settings I believe it should appear on page B as well.

I ran a small test, deleted the Autoptimized cache, purged all pages and then changed the Cookie expiration values for Triggered and Dismissed both to 0,0 respectively, and pop appeared on page B as expected.

Thus I believe, on moving from page A to the page B the plugin treat that mouse click as if user has clicked on the popup content or something like that.

Another issue that I am facing is that the popup box does not hide if a user click on the CTA I added in the popup box.

Looking forward to hear from you soon.

    Regards,
    Jameel

    Hey @j4jameel,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The setting “Cookie expiration – Triggered ‘4380’ hours (6 months)” is what will cause the pop-up to not show again. If you want it to be displayed on all pages, then setting this to 0 is the only option.

Also, regarding CTA, we do not have any feature to detect clicks of 3rd party buttons.
