Some strings not possible to translate

  • There are multiple strings that are not possible to translate. We used watson with loco translate to get translations but its not working.

    The specific strings are:

    While all agents offline in chat popup:
    – “Name”
    – “Email”
    – “Phone”

    When missing required fields by submit offline message
    – “Required field”

    After sending message:
    – text “Your message has been delivered. We wil….text text ………”
    – button “Close”

    When online:
    – Head of popup “Support”
    – “Type your message…”
    – “Agent xyz joined the chat”
    – “Start new”

    Where cqn i sent you later the czech mo and po ? With 97% translation done? Could support it.

    9.0.11 the fields not translated at frontend.

    Hi, @pmisun have you fixed the issue? I have same problem. I need translating to FR but not working for some strings.
