Both Add to Cart and Download appears

What theme are you using?

Actually using https://qantumthemes.xyz/kentha/demo10/

I think the culprit is TI wishlist plugin
Replaced it with Yith wishlist plugin
and the Add to Cart is gone.

Shouldnt the Download button replace the Add to Cart button at its position, but it appears after the product details

@mak904 with version 3.2.0 you can add the following snippet:

remove_action('somdn_hide_cart_style', 'somdn_hide_cart_style_output');
remove_filter('woocommerce_is_purchasable', 'somdn_prevent_purchase', 10);
