Plugin Logging me off

    The Woocommerce plugin is logging me off constantly, I’ve disabled all the plugins and tried them alone one by one, combined. And the only one showing this problem is Woocommerce.e

    PHP 7.4, latest WP, latest Woocommerce.

    If someone could PLEASEEE help me, I’m going crazy with this, need to log each 5 seconds. To edit anything in the CMS is impossible.

    Hi @renatobarone ,

    As I understand, you’re getting logged off from your site when you have WooCommerce Services active. Is that right?

    That’s strange and not the expected behaviour of the site when WooCommerce Services is active. I see you mentioned that you have already tried to disable plugins, have you checked by changing them theme as well?

    If not, then I recommend doing a conflict test as per the steps outlined here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

    If the issue persists even after conflict testing, then please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hey @renatobarone,

    It doesn’t look like you are using WooCommerce Services (which also requires the Jetpack plugin) on the site, so I assume that you mean that the core WooCommerce plugin is what you referred to, correct? This forum is for the WooCommerce Services plugin, not core WooCommerce, which would be this forum.

    However, I’m not sure exactly where you are being logged out of. Are you getting logged out of the WordPress dashboard? If so, since you’ve already checked for conflicts, I would suggest going through the steps outlined in this article.

    Since we haven’t heard back in a while, I hope that means that you figured out whatever was causing the logout issue. However, if not, feel free to create a post on the WooCommerce core forum (linked in my previous comment) if the issue seems to be specifically related to the WooCommerce plugin.
