Invalid account username during vendor registration

    So i’m trying to register as a vendor but i keep getting invalid account username, i have tried several usernames and emails but it still gives me the error

    Hi so i can only register a new vendor when the user has been signed up already. Can’t a new vendor sign up with a membership package at first instance?

    Also when trying to approve the new vendor it keeps showing me this error “DataTables warning: table id=wcfm-messages – Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see https://datatables.net/tn/1”
    i dont understand what it means. pls help urgently
