User uploads – filename shown instead of url to file

Hi, I’m maintaining a site that uses Ultimate Member for user signups and file uploads to be reviewed are required in the user registration form via Image Upload fields. In previous versions a link to the file on the server was available in the WordPress admin, Users section by clicking the Info link to see the user’s information.

However, after a recent update, this area is simply displaying the filename, unlinked. The files in question do exist on the server but are no longer easily accessible. Is there a fix available for this issue? Thanks!
