Terrible Support!

  • Constant bugs, bloaty code, terrible support since new ownership. Now that they can’t fix our issue – they have refused support because the site using their software is a transgender support community – by labeling it as an adult site. Just like the right wing here in America. Forced morality? Religious righteousness? Judgement? LGBTQ groups call it transphobia and that is exactly what it appears to me.

    They have written and offered an $89 refund if I remove this review. The fact that thousands has been spent writing custom code for this system on this huge buddypress site, and now it is forcing our hand to change to Gamipress – makes me want to warn others. Good thing Gamipress has an extensive mycred import path. The original owner and coder was an awesome, helpful guy. Not so now.
