WooCommerce PDF Customer Invoices appearing on Google

    Hey guys, hope everyone is well. I have a strange issue that I was hoping someone can kindly assist me with.

    I use the WooCommerce PDF Invoice Plug-in (by Right Press). Some customer pdf invoices are appearing on google. Is there a way to stop this permanently from happening and remove the ones that have already been indexed by google?

    Hi @douglas11 – if you’re talking about this extension, support for that will be offered by RightPress as well. I can see there’s some urgency with this as well, so in the meantime I’d suggest a few things:

    • Disable the plugin until they’ve offered support
    • Find out where on your site these files are stored and delete them
    • If the support your receive by RightPress is not what you’d expect I’d consider using another PDF invoices extension; there are several out there

    Given that there’s not much more we can do about this on the WooCommerce core forum, I’m going to mark this thread as resolved.
