I can only see my root page

Hi! If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated.
I am only able to access the root page of my website.

If I click on any of the other links, pages, etc, i get a “Page Not Found” error. A few strange things include that the Page not Found errors appear as text on white, where usually it would appear on my template. The other thing is that on my root page, instead of my flash gallery album, I have a message that says “Couldn’t load the Color XML file. Error #1088.”
So it seems as if something isn’t being directed properly.
Also, when i try to go to my wordpress admim page, I only get a blank white screen.
I am new to this website troubleshooting process, so any help and a bit of patience will be much much much appreciated.
