It overwrote the previous settings and messages.
That’s unfortunate. We’ve ran a lot of migration tests and made sure migration from 8.2.0 would ensure that your settings are kept.
I try to change the configuration and it doesn’t save anything.
Can you try the new version 9.0.8 and see if this resolves the issue? After you press ‘Save’, please check if any of the tabs inside the “Settings” area have numbers next to them. Like this: “Chat Box ‘2’” This would indicate that there’s 2 fields in the ‘Chat Box’ tab that need to manually be addressed.
The chat ringtone is not heard
Version 9.0.8 should fix this. We’ve verified it internally and it should work fine.
Regardless, we added 1 more fix in version 9.0.9 that’s coming out later today that should make things even better.
The open chat button has disappeared.
I don’t understand. If you click on a chat, a “Join Chat” button should appear. You don’t see this?
