Simple to use once installed

I have been hoping for ages for a plugin that does just what this one does – lets you choose (and search for, with great user interface and clear/big enough images) unsplash.com images direct from the block editor.

Cuts out all the faffing around cutting and pasting credits etc as well – various fields of the ‘details’ section for each time (alt description, photographer credit) come pre-completed, though you can edit them if you want.

The fact that Unsplash themselves are behind this and supporting the development of this plug in suggests very good prospects for ‘long term upkeep’ of the code.

If I have a minor quibble it’s that when things go wrong (eg at the installation stage or when you are connecting the plugin to an unsplash account) the error messages I got weren’t that helpful. Having had excellent quick input on this from one of the developers via twitter after an ad-hoc tweet about it I’m sure that the ongoing support topics here on www.remarpro.com and elsewhere will be monitored and will feed in to the ongoing development process and lead to more helpful error messages in future.
