UTC Time Off Set

Solved the problem by adding this code to the index.php file:

<?php date_default_timezone_set('America/New_York'); ?>

I tried inserting this code into my index.php, but it did not work. Still 4 hours ahead of time. (Probably because I’m modifying a theme I downloaded.)

So I added it to my header.php and that did work.
