Best Poll Plugin Without Using Widgets?

  • I’m wondering about the Poll’s plugins. Wp-Polls doesn’t work so that’s out the Window but there are other plugins there that don’t have the same funcionality (they require the use of sidebard widgets rqther than manually adding to sidebar).

    Can I get clued up on a succesfull poll plugin that allows me to manually place it in my sidebar.

  • Hmmm… Usually dragging in a sidebar widget is easier manually cutting code into a template file. Am I understanding you correctly that the latter is what you’re trying to do?

    You should check out Google Docs. You can make polls with Google Docs/Spreadsheets. I think it’s ultimately a Javascript snippet you’d drop on your webpage, or in your case into a theme template file. Just Google “google docs polls” and you’ll see lots of tutorials on how to get it done.
