Magento customers not Woocommerce Customers

My migration has been working great and I’m finalizing things in my testing environment. I just discovered that some of my Magento registered customers have come over but not as WooCommerce customers. On the (Woocommerce) customer page, I see the name and email but no userid or shipping address. And there’s not a link with the name as with many of the others.

Did I make a mistake with the import of these? Did their customer history not import as well?
