    We’ve not received any emails regarding our purchase and have no access to the pro plugin?

    It’s been 6 days and we should have access to our software by now.

    The emails are normally sent immediately after the payment.

    The right place for pro support is their contact page. They will be able to check the status and provide you with the necessary information.
