Duplicate orders

    Hi there,

    I am using the WCmarketplace (WCmp) plug-in.??

    We have a problem with duplicate orders.
    Whenever a product is ordered and processed the products gets doubled.
    So we tried 3 tests with single products (as shown in the picture) but is shown as 6 products sold, thus doubling the revenue.
    The multiplied products and revenue are shown at: Woocommerce Dashboard (admin), Vendor Sales Report and at WordPress Analytics Orders.

    Is there any way to remove the duplicated orders?

  • Hi @maritavv, sorry for the inconvenience.

    In our next update, we will fix this issue.

    Alternatively, we have also added a fix in our GitHub.
    So, after downloading the plugin from here – https://github.com/wcmarketplace/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/archive/master.zip, follow these steps :

    – Delete the installed WC Marketplace via wp-admin >> plugin
    – Unzip the GitHub plugin
    – Rename the folder as “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor” and remove the master tag. Now, zip this folder again.
    – Install this plugin on your site.
