    Hi there,

I have rtMedia and the only thing it cannot do is re-order images on upload. This is something my users want. Otherwise its quite good. But it was enough for me to shop around.

I tried your demo today. It was a frustrating experience as it required signing up, then it sent an activation link to my SPAM which when you click on, it then requires an activation key. It did not come with one. Lucky me I noticed the URL had what looked like one in it. And it was. I wonder how many users you lose at this point.

I carried on and tried uploading images to the activity wall. All attempted uploads received the following error.

Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2020/07. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

I clicked on the Gallery tab and clicked on quite a few of the galleries in there. They were all empty.

At this point I gave up.

This support ticket is for yourselves to work on the demo as its not good at all. I read that you could re-arrange the images and I just wanted to try it and I couldnt.

    cheers

    Hi,

Thank you for your interest in the plugin. I appreciate you taking time to report us the issue.

I am sorry for the bad experience. In one of our updates, the site permissions was changed inadvertently and file system was made read only. So, no uploads were feasible.

We have fixed the issue now and uploads will work.

For the time being, the registration is required. This is to avoid spam. We are reconsidering it and trying to find out another way(may be reset the demo after 24 hours). I hope to improve this in future.

Please give it a shot now.

    Thank you
    Brajesh
