The “state/province” field of product registration form changed from text field to an empty drop down field; when customer try to register product warranty she encountered a message:

“Error occured. Please confirm your data and submit again: Security token seems to be incorrect. Please reload the page and try again.”

After the customer reload the page, all the information she input was gone.

I changed the “state/province” field back to text field and submitted a test registration and the form worked.

P.S. On another point, please correct the underlined spelling error above. The word is “occurred” (double r) not “occured”. Thanks.

    Hello @mefine,

    Thank you for contacting us.
For State/Province related issue, make sure the State/Province field occurs after the Country field, in terms of field placement since the state/province values are dependent on the Country field.

Security token issue is related to reCaptcha, make sure you’ve inserted correct keys to configure the reCaptcha, and please also make sure on other reCaptcha plugins should be active.

In regards to the spelling mistake, we have noted it and will include the fix in our next update.
