    Hi,

Firstly, thank you for a great plugin. Been using it for my site for the past 2 yrs.

But since a few last updates, do you know why the Manage page of this plugin is blank? The rest of the pages (like Stats, Tools etc are okay).

I’ve tried disabling other plugins to see if there’s conflicts but the problem persists.

When I try to use the Javascript Console to check, I get these errors:

TypeError: Cannot read property ‘manage’ of undefined
    at t.value (admin-manage-modal.js:54)
    at Oa (admin-manage-modal.js:62)

Do you know what can I do to get the Manage page to appear?

    Thanks!

p/s I used to have the old version of your plugin (3 and below). For now, my workaround is to use the old versions but I notice that certain part of the windows don’t appear. anymore.

That does sound like a compatibility problem, actually.

You tested disabling all other plugins and switching to a default theme as well?

What version of the plugin do you have activated right now? Are you using the Premium version too or only the free one?

    Brecht,

Thanks for pointing that out to me. No I didn’t switch to a default theme since it is a pretty busy site.

But upon doing that, the Manage page reappears. Thank you so much for the help. Just that the slug part is still missing.

I’m using the 3.4.1 Free Version.

The slug part is still missing? What do you mean by that?

I mean the Shortlink Slug field line doesn’t appear

You have it set to not cloak the URL. So it doesn’t generate a shortlink then.

This option is usually used in combination with affiliate programs that don’t allow cloaking (like Amazon, for example).

    Oh my!

Silly me! Thank you so much for the help Brecht. I really appreciate the help and your patience in dealing with my own mistakes.

    Thanks a million!
