2.9 Batch plugin update and compatibility checking not showing plugins

Hi all,

Now that I thinking about it, maybe the plugin part for updating plugins does not show if all the wordpress plugins on a user’s system are up to date or current.

Is that the case?

I have 22 plugins to upgrade but I don’t see this feature! (I haven’t upgrade my inactive plugins, but i have them just in case i decide to use one in the future)

It’d be nice to upgrade them all though!

I also don’t see any option to bulk update the plugins, yet there are 4 available for update.
