Admin bar WP Fastest Cache icon & Delete cache missing

    Hi there,
    The WP Fastest Cache icon and delete cache option has recently disappeared from the admin menu bar for non admin users – what are the rules for this? Previously the Delete Cache option was showing in the admin bar for logged in user with Shop Manager user role – has something changed recently affecting this?
